      Deal directly with the Owner,

1. Schedule an appointment at a time that is most convenient for you.  It doesn't matter what time or what day. "I'll be there and on time."

2. Unlike other companies, I will get right to work.  I'll ask a few questions to see what you are wanting, do some measuring, and present you a FIRM PRICE QUOTE.  This will take only about 15 to 30 minutes.  Check out the testimonials page....

3. When you decide to move forward on your project, we will fill out the paperwork.  I'll explain the process, then I'll be on my way.  "I NEVER REQUIRE A DOWN PAYMENT"  "This part of the process is very important to me.  I don't believe in taking customers money before finishing the job.  I will complete your work 100% to your satisfaction, then we can settle up."
